Private Class
Purpose: First thing’s first, yoga is not one size fits all.
Private sessions are perfect for those that cannot or do not want to attend a group class (for various reasons) or for those that are looking for alignment or postural correction and assistance.
Taking private yoga sessions will be well worth the investment! :)
Discovery: During our initial discussion, we will work together (in person, over the phone, Zoom, or via email) to assess, clarify goals, and develop a plan. I will use my training and experience as an RYT 200 Yoga Instructor to create a customized plan to help bring you balance, happiness, and whatever else you desire.
Kick-Off the Practice: With training in Hot Vinyasa, Gentle Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Hatha, Meditation, and Pranayama we can work together to mold the sessions to your needs.
Schedule: Morning, afternoon, or evening - let’s find times that you can commit to! :)
